If you need to upload an image
to us that is 7MB
or larger, you will need to use our
FTP site:

Please follow these instructions.
1. You will need
to use a FTP client.
2. To download client, right-click & save as:
PC USERS: Download
Secure FTP
MAC USERS: Download
Fetch 4.0.3
3. Install & Sign in using the "FTP
address" at
the top.
6. Once you are into the ftp site you
will initially find a folder named "clients" which
we created for you.
7. You can then just drag and
drop your file(s) into "clients".
8. After
you have uploaded your file(s), please fill in
the form below to alert us that you have uploaded
